O'Connor Sports Center

Recreational Sports provides numerous fitness and sporting opportunities to develop the bodies, minds, and spirits of Xavier students and personnel and the community at large. The home base for operations for Recreational Sports is the O'Connor Sports Center (OSC), featuring a six-lane 25-meter indoor pool, three court gymnasia, a Hammer Strength room, Nautilus equipment, cardiovascular room, two racquetball/handball courts, and shower/locker rooms.

Summer camps make use of the facilities as well, and some space is available for private rental on weekends and during the summer. The OSC Annual usage report shows that these facilities are used by thousands of Xavier students/employees and non-Xavier members/guests each year.
