Frequent Problems & Solutions

  • I have a scanned document. When I click on the text, the whole page selects.
    • Files like these have no real text for Read&Write to read. To convert it to a format that will read with Read&Write, use the scanner feature on the toolbar.
  • I can select the text in my document, but Read&Write still is not reading.
    • Many times this is caused by opening the PDF like normal, rather than opening the PDF with Read&Write. Read&Write cannot read PDFs that are not opened from the toolbar.
