Referral for Diagnostic Testing

Xavier's Psychological Services offers Psychoeducational evaluations to Xavier students at a reduced fee. Evaluations administered through Psychological Services are to assist with determining eligibility for accommodations through Accessibility and Disability Resources.

Referrals are made to Psychological Services:

1. If you have submitted outdated or incomplete information that cannot be used to determine eligibility for academic accommodations.
2. If you have been experiencing unexplained academic challenges and feel you may have a disability.

For a referral for an evaluation, you must schedule an appointment to meet with Cassandra Jones, Director of Accessibility and Disability Resources.

Psychological Services does not administer Psychoeducational Evaluations for students to use to request accommodations on graduate school entrance exams.
