Congratulations on being accepted into Xavier University's Executive MBA Program! Please follow the steps below to get started with the enrollment and orientation process.

Step 1: Confirm Acceptance

A deposit of $500 is requested to confirm your plans to enroll in the Xavier MBA Program. The amount is credited toward your bursar account for your first semester tuition. Deposits can be submitted in one of two ways:

  1. Online Deposit: Submit either as a credit card payment or as a transfer from checking/savings. Submit your deposit online.
  2. Check: Please make checks payable to Xavier University and note your student ID on the check. Payment should be mailed to:

Step 2: Complete EMBA Enrollment Documentation

Step 3: Log in to the Student Hub

You will need the username and banner ID number from your admission letter to log into the system.

As a new MBA student, you have immediate access to many online services through our current student HUB. You may review your course schedule, check you Xavier email and access the Xavier Pay electronic billing system.

Step 4: Learning Assistance

New students in need of accommodations while taking graduate classes should contact the Learning Assistance Center, which oversees Accessibility and Disability Resources for all Xavier students. Please visit the Accessibility and Disability Resources website for steps on how to document, access the reasonable and appropriate accommodations as well as support services needed during your time as a graduate student at Xavier University.
