3.3.1 - XAVIER UNIVERSITY ISSUED NO CONTACT ORDER

A No Contact Notice may be issued by the University if deemed appropriate. A No Contact Notice prevents a person from contacting another person or having another person make contact on their behalf. The identity of a person requesting a No Contact Notice must be provided to the recipient of the No Contact Notice. The duration of a University issued No Contact Notice will be determined by the University official issuing the No Contact Notice.
