Billing and Student Accounts
The Office of the Bursar is primarily responsible for billing and collecting student tuition payments and assisting the Xavier community with payment plans, refunds and balances.

The Office of Central Procurement and Accounts Payable is responsible for the purchasing of goods and services for the entire University and for timely cash disbursements for reimbursements and supplier payments in compliance with requirements established by Federal, State and University rules and regulations.

Auxiliary Services encompasses many important aspects of the student experience, including Dining, Day One Textbooks, Parking, Mailing and the ONE Pass.

Physical Plant
The Physical Plant Department maintains 208 acres of campus grounds and 55 University buildings. Leadership produces an annual Capital Plan including Capital Renewal, new construction and summer projects as part of a 10 year Campus Master Plan. The work of the Department covers event set-up, campus deliveries and moves, custodial services, electrical, mechanical and plumbing services, facilities maintenance and building crafts, landscaping and grounds, recycle and waste management and signage maintenance.
