Hearst Scholarship

The William Randolph Hearst Endowed Scholarship Fund provides scholarships to students from the Evanston, Avondale, and Norwood neighborhoods.

Before accessing scholarship and honors applications you must submit your application for admission to Xavier, either through the Common Application or the Xavier application. Upon submission of your application for admission you will receive an email with log-in credentials that will allow you to access scholarship applications, honors applications, and your personal application status page. Test scores are NOT required for Hearst Scholarship consideration.

Broering Scholarship

An award of varying amounts is given to a member of the Blessed Sacrament Parish in Fort Mitchell, KY.

Benjamin D. Urmston Family Peace Studies Scholarship

  • Scholarship application deadline: February 1, 2021

This scholarship is awarded to an incoming freshman who has demonstrated academic excellence and the integration of the ideas and values of peace and justice activities with activities outside of the classroom. A separate application is required for the Peace Studies Scholarship.

Anthony Munoz Foundation Scholarship Fund

The Anthony Munoz Foundation Scholarship Fund provides scholarships to students from the Tri-State region who are entering an accredited Tri-State college or university.

FIRST Scholarship

  • Scholarship application deadline: March 15, 2021

In support of the FIRST mission, Xavier University is offering two merit-based scholarships, each for $2,500, to high school seniors who have participated on a FIRST team during their junior or senior year in high school. This scholarship may be utilized for any undergraduate course of study at Xavier University. The scholarship is renewable for up to a total of $10,000 over four years, contingent upon maintaining good academic standing. Each recipient must meet the regular academic requirements for admission to the University.
