Undergraduate Admission

Employment

Students who submit the FAFSA may be offered the opportunity to apply for student employment.

A variety of on-campus work positions are available which enhance the educational experience in many ways. Students must be eligible to work in the United States and provide documentation to that effect.

Employment may be offered to students as funded by either the Federal Work-Study program or by Xavier's University Employment program.

Students accepting employment will be paid biweekly and may elect to have their earnings directly deposited to a savings or checking account or applied directly to their bursar account.

Students are not required to earn the authorized amount; failure to earn the awarded amount will not increase university need-based awards. Employment is optional and may be declined if students choose to not participate in school year employment.
