The registration cost is inclusive of housing, meals, and entertainment throughout the conference.
Prior to registering, please confirm with your advisor what payment option you should select when completing your registration form. You will not be asked to pay up front! Additionally, once your registration is complete, you will receive an email confirmation. You are encouraged to forward that to your advisor for their records.
All conference guests will be staying in Justice Hall, located in the heart of campus. This residence hall is suite-style with two, three, or four bedrooms. Conference attendees will have their own bedroom, but will share a suite with other attendees of the same gender. Depending on the suite size, there will be one or two bathrooms. Advisors will also have their own bedroom and will share with one other conference advisor.

Yes! Each bedroom will have a linen package that includes a bottom sheet, top sheet, blanket, pillow, pillow case, hand towel, washcloth, full-sized towel, and a bar of soap.
Yes! The Campus Recreation facility will be open from 10am-8pm each day of the conference. Conference attendees will need to sign a waiver upon their first entry.
