The OneApp

The OneApp is the first step to applying for many of the leadership opportunities available at Xavier. The OneApp only needs to be completed once per academic year and allows you to apply for many positions through OneApplication process!

Important Things To Know About the OneApp:

Before you apply, you should review the position description and relevant information about each position provided below. You are responsible for knowing it!
To access The OneApp, you will be required to log-in to EngageXU. Your EngageXU log-in is the same as your Xavier log-in.
The OneApp requires you to upload an Activity List. You are required to use this form.
- Please save the form using your first and last name prior to uploading it on the application (ex: SusieSmithActivityList.doc). *Note: this file will only open with Microsoft Word - you'll either need to use a PC or a MAC with Microsoft Office software on it.
Running short on time? You can save your progress and return to The OneApp later (instructions below).
- EngageXU has security protocols that will log a user out after two hours of being idle on a page. We recommend submitting the full application within two hours, or saving a draft and logging back in to complete it later. Pro-tip: consider working on essay responses separately in a word document if you feel you need extra time to complete the application!
It is encouraged that you apply for more than one position - having a back-up plan is okay!

*Interested in reopening your OneApp? Would you like to add an application for another role?*

Here’s how:

Log into EngageXU
On the left navigation, select “My Surveys/Forms”
Scroll down to “The OneApp 2026” and click Edit to reopen your submission
On page 1 of The OneApp, you can select additional roles to which you want to apply. You may be asked to complete supplemental questions related to these newly selected roles, but you do not need to edit information that you previously submitted.
