Ignatian Leaders Program

The Ignatian Leadership Program (ILP) is a cohort of 20 students who participate in a six-week intensive leadership curriculum, which focuses on embodying the Jesuit traditions of service, justice, reflection, and discernment while promoting community building, the development of professional presence, and self-awareness.

Each year, the members of the previous cohort nominate the next class of students to participate in the program. To nominate students for the 2026 class, please email their names and email addresses to Sophie Roepke at xuleadership@xavier.edu.
