The Emerging Leaders Retreat is a two-day retreat designed for first- and second-year students to recognize, develop, and strengthen their leadership skills, regardless of their involvement status. The retreat will focus on self-awareness, as well as awareness of others, leveraging Strengths, and reflecting on the role of the student leader.  Activities and discussions will continue to be facilitated by upper-class student leaders so that students have the opportunity to network and learn from one another.

 

APPLICATIONS FOR THE RETREAT

Students may apply to the retreat via the Emerging Leaders Retreat Application on EngageXU. Remember we have a limited number of spaces for this retreat!

RETREAT NOMINATIONS

Nominations will open in September. Campus organizations, offices, students, and faculty/staff may also nominate students to attend the Emerging Leaders Retreat by emailing Sophie Roepke at xuleadership@xavier.edu.
