Registration for both advisors and students is $450. On June 15, registration will increase to $525. For more information on what registration includes, see the FAQ page.
All attendees must register themselves! The registration process includes Xavier's medical and risk waiver, so it is important that each individual completes their own.
It is recommended that advisors register first, so you know what questions (if any) to anticipate from your students.
All attendees will be asked in the final screen to indicate their institution's preferred payment method. This can be done via credit card or institutional invoice. Please check with your advisor for direction!
The refund policy is as follows
any registration cancellation prior to May 31 will receive $250 back
any registration cancellation prior to June 15 will receive $150 back
