Academic Advising
An APEX advisor can help plan your schedule, discuss your goals, review your transfer credit, discuss core and major course requirements, assist with university policies and be your liaison with other offices on campus.
APEX advisors advise all students pursuing the Bachelor of Liberal Arts and the Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership degrees. If you are majoring in any of Xavier's other majors you will also have an advisor in that academic department.
Your APEX advisor will guide you throughout your time at Xavier to graduation.
We have advising hours during weekday office hours and in the evening by request. You can also set up phone or Zoom advising appointments if that is more convenient for you.
