Xavier has a rolling admission process and applications are reviewed as they are received. To start, complete the online application by clicking on the Apply Online box and choose the Adult student application.
To be considered for admission, you will need to submit a complete set of credentials:
- Official copy of high school transcript or GED test scores
- Official copies of transcripts from all colleges attended
- Written essay
- The Office of Admission may request an in-person or virtual interview, and/or recommendations from an employer or someone familiar with the applicant's work history or academic preparedness.
When your application file is complete it will be reviewed for an admission decision and you will be notified by the Office of Admissions. If you have transfer credit, once you are admitted your transcript is sent to the Office of the Registrar for the transfer evaluation.
An advisor in the APEX office will review your transfer credit and degree requirements with you. University core requirements will be explained along with information on Math and language placement tests if needed.
