Nave’ started out her Campus Recreation career as a student employee officiating intramural sports at Asbury University, which turned into a supervisor position after transferring to Eastern Kentucky University to complete her undergrad degree in Sports Management. Nave’ also competed in Collegiate Basketball and Track before transferring to EKU. She went on to become the Women’s Basketball Team Manager. After completing her undergrad, she decided to follow her passion for athletics and went on to be the Game Operations and Facilities Graduate Assistant at EKU. After completing her Master's degree in Sports Administration, she began her professional career at Eastern as a Game Day Operations and Facilities Coordinator and then later the Assistant Director of Game Operations/ Facilities. After building there for 3 years Nave’ has decided to start a new path here at Xavier at the Assistant Director of Club Sports
