Any Questions? Contact our Group Fitness Intern, Ruthie Serger - sergere@xavier.edu

Class size limits are Persist Studio (20 participants), Transform Studio (36 participants), and Balance Studio (43 participants). We have set up pre-registration for all classes through EngageXU. While pre-registration for class is not required, we highly recommend it as it is the best way to ensure you will have a spot. Pre-registration opens 48 hours prior to each class. We will take walk-ins only when pre-registration spots have not been filled.

All participants must check-in through EngageXU whether they pre-register or register at the door. To register for classes, please ensure you have joined the "Recreational Sports Group Fitness" group page on EngageXU and have filled out your group fitness waiver for the academic year. When you join the group, you will be automatically prompted to fill out the waiver. The waiver only needs to be completed once and allows you access to classes for the rest of the academic year.
