Assistant Director of Intramural Sports

Josh started his career in campus recreation as a basketball official during his freshman year at Purdue University. He loved working intramural sports throughout undergrad, officiating several sports and working as a supervisor for his final two years. Afterwards, Josh served two years as the graduate assistant for intramural and club sports at the University of Southern Mississippi. He then continued his journey at Georgia Southern University as the coordinator for sport programs. After 2 great years in south Georgia, Josh - a Cincinnati native - accepted the Assistant Director of Intramural Sports position at Xavier University in July 2026 to continue his career, serve the students at Xavier, and be close to his hometown. He has continued to officiate basketball during each step of his journey - he continues to work both high school and college basketball.
