Workday Platform is Xavier University's new, unified platform for managing Human Resources and Finance.  Launching in January, 2026, the system will introduce a self service tool that gives faculty, staff and student employees direct access to the information and tasks relevant to their role.  Designed to simplify and modernize our administrative processes, Workday provides an intuitive, cloud-based system that gives faculty, staff, and students real-time access to the information and tools they need. 

Workday Student will have staged implementations throughout 2026 and will finalize in 2027.  This cloud based administration system will provide a single platform to manage student records, registration, course management, financial aid and other academic processes.  

As the campus community transitions to Workday, keep an open mind.  Learning new digital processes and exploring the systems' capabilities will take time.  This is a large undertaking and we are all adapting to new ways of doing business in two systems, so it's important to be understanding with yourself and your colleagues as we all adjust.
