Student Employment Job Fair

When:  Monday, August 21, 2023, 2:00-4:30

Where:  Gallagher Student Center, Arrupe Overlook

This Fair is primarily for students with a Federal Work Study award, however some positions will be open to all students.  

How the On-Campus Fair Will Work:

• Each employer will be assigned a table at the Arrupe Center located in Gallagher Student Center.

• This Fair is targeted to Federal Work Study awarded students, however, there will be some positions that are open to all students.  Students can attend and visit on-campus employer tables to learn more about your department/organization and position(s).  

• Employers will be able to meet, interview and hire students on the spot at the Fair or collect information and contact students after the Fair.

Additionally, all students hired are required to complete new hire paperwork, prior to starting work. We highly encourage students to do this at the On-Campus Employment Fair, however, if they are unable to do this, Student Employment will e-mail the student instructions to complete onboarding paperwork including making an appointment at Student Employment to complete the in-person I-9 verification.  They may also drop into the Student Employment Office located in the Student Success Center (CLC 530) anytime Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m through 4:30 p.m.

 To participate at this Fair, submit the Fall Fairs Participation Form before or by Monday, August 14th.
