Current Xavier Student
Summer Housing
The 2026 summer housing application for current Xavier students is open.
The deadline to apply is Friday, May 1, 2026.
All applicants will be reviewed to determine whether a true need to stay on campus is needed. If you are not a current resident, please reach out to our office at reslife@xavier.edu so we may make the application available for you when it opens.
Current residents applying for summer housing are required to relocate to the designated summer housing area, regardless of their assigned room for the upcoming fall semester. Residents may not remain in their current space or reserve their fall assignment for summer occupancy.
*These rates shall not apply to clients renting the use of these facilities through Summer Camps & Conferences and Summer Intern Housing* Students who need to transition from their current spring assignment to their designated summer assignment must submit the Extended Stay Request under Spring Housing Forms in the MyHousing portal below. Students approved for an extended stay during this transition period will not be charged an extended stay fee. How to Submit: Students will be notified of their approval decision via their Xavier email. Requests submitted after the deadline will not be considered.2026 Summer Housing Rates
