Summer 2024 Housing for Current Xavier Students

The summer housing application will open after spring break on Housing Self-Service for current residents who need to request housing on campus during the summer months.  All applicants will be reviewed to determine whether a true need to stay on campus is needed.  If you are not a current resident, please reach out to our office so we may make the application available for you.

Application Process

• Access Housing Self-Service through this link
• Navigate to Summer Housing Application under Applications
• Complete application until confirmation message appears on screen
• Request will be reviewed by summer housing committee
• Decision will be communicated to your Xavier email

Application Opens: Monday, March 11, 2024

Application Deadline: Friday, April 26, 2024

Need to Know Early?

For your planning needs, students who submit the summer housing application by Monday, April 15 will have their requests reviewed first by the committee.

Housing Location and Rates

Summer housing will be offered in Commons Apartments.  

Rate: $300/week per student

Room Type: Single bedroom in 4 person unit

Limited Services

Over the summer services on campus such as food and retail options will be limited.  There is no summer meal plan and Hoff Dining will be closed.
