Summer interns have the option to purchase a $150.00 parking pass for their vehicles. Follow the steps below to purchase your pass:
How to Obtain a Summer Intern Virtual Parking Permit
All individuals are required to self-register their vehicle and obtain a parking permit to park on campus. Follow these simple steps to get started:
  1. Visit the Permit Portal: Go to xavier.edu/visitorpermit
  2. Enter Event Code: dscgwj (Please note: Event code is case sensitive.)
  3. Register Your Vehicle: Enter your vehicle information and personal details, including your cell phone number. Cell phone authentication is required for safety purposes.
  4. (Fields without an asterisk (*) are optional and do not need to be completed.)
  5. Upon Checkout you will receive a receipt for your records.
  6. You’re Done! Your License Plate is Your Permit: Once you’ve registered, there’s nothing to print or display. Your license plate serves as your parking permit, and our system will recognize it when you park on campus.
Note that summer intern parking passes are exclusively for non-Xavier summer intern housing students. If you are a Xavier student, please contact Auxiliary Services at auxiliaryservices@xavier.edu to purchase a student parking pass.

Corporate Partnership

In Summer 2026, Xavier University offers corporate partners the opportunity to reserve blocks of on-campus residence hall rooms as part of their intern housing packages. This option allows organizations to provide their interns with safe, convenient, and fully furnished accommodations just minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Housing includes air-conditioned rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, access to campus amenities, and 24/7 security, creating a comfortable living environment that supports productivity and well-being. By including campus housing as part of an internship compensation package, companies can enhance their recruitment appeal, simplify logistics, and help interns focus on making the most of their summer experience. If you are interested in reserving a block of rooms, please contact our office at 513-745-3394 or via email at summerprograms@xavier.edu. We look forward to working with you to support your summer intern program!
