Office of the Provost
Office of the Provost
Welcome to the Office of the Provost and Chief Academic Officer at Xavier University. We support academic excellence and holistic wellness in support of Xavier's Jesuit Catholic educational mission, so that Xavier students become people of learning and reflection, integrity and achievement, in solidarity for and with others. We work with the deans and faculty in our four colleges to offer high quality undergraduate, graduate, and professional degree programs and certificates, including our distinctive undergraduate Core Curriculum. We provide resources, infrastructure, and services to faculty and staff as they teach, create, and innovate. Wherever students learn, from the McDonald Library at the heart of campus to immersive learning in our community and around the globe, the Office of the Provost fosters inclusive excellence and the development of the whole person.
