Payment Plan

There are two primary methods available for settling your bursar account balance. Firstly, you have the option to remit payment in full. Alternatively, you can choose to enroll in the X-Flex Payment Plan, which facilitates spreading your balance over monthly installments. It's important to note that students are required to enroll in the X-Flex Plan each semester, as the plan does not operate on an auto-renewal basis.

Payment In Full

The initial electronic bill (eBill) for the Summer 2024 Semester is scheduled for release on May 1, 2024, while the Fall Semester eBill will be made available on July 1, 2024. Should you opt to remit payment in full, it is advised to settle the entire outstanding amount on or before May 20, 2024, for the Summer Semester, and by August 20, 2024, for the Fall Semester.  A Late fees of 1% of the balance due will be assessed the 25th of each month.

Students and authorized users should review each monthly eBill and pay the balance on or before the due date. Miscellaneous charges may be applied to student's accounts at any point in the semester such as; library fines, parking citations, additional meal plans, etc.

Payment Plan

Please note: Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) students are ineligible to enroll in the X-Flex Payment Plan and will face potential disenrollment at any juncture throughout the semester should they attempt to do so.

Students are afforded the choice of distributing their entire semester balance across monthly installments through enrollment in the X-Flex payment plan. A $50 fee is applicable for each enrollment in the payment plan, with the requirement of this fee for every semester that a student opts to participate in the plan. 

 The X-Flex Payment Plan schedule for the Summer Semester is as follows:

  • The first eBill will be published May 1, 2024 and is due on or before May 20, 2024. 
  • The second eBill will be published June 1, 2024 and is due on or before June 20, 2024. 

The X-Flex Payment Plan schedule for the Fall Semester is as follows:

  • The first eBill will be published July 1, 2024 and is due on or before July 20, 2024. 
  • The second eBill will be published August 1, 2024 and is due on or before August 20, 2024.
  • The third eBill will be published September 1, 2024 and is due on or before September 20, 2024.
  • The fourth eBill will be published October 1, 2024 and is due on or before October 20, 2024.
  • The fifth and final eBill will be published November 1, 2024 and is due on or before November 20, 2024.
