One Pass ID Photo

 To Get Started, all it takes is your best selfie! 

Instructions

  1. Go to the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS)
  2. Search for Transact eAccounts
  3. Click Install or Get next to Transact eAccounts
  4. Open the app once it's installed. Swipe left 3 times and tap Get Started.
  5. Type Xavier University in the search bar and tap to select.
  6. On the next screen, click on SSO (single sign-on).
  7. Log in with your Xavier credentials (Xavier email and password). You'll need Microsoft Authenticator to complete this step. 
  8. Once logged in, you should see an overview of your account, including your Meal Plan, Dining Dollars, and X Cash.
  9. On the top right corner, click the gear icon. 
  10. Tap Submit ID Photo -> Get Started -> Accept the terms & Continue.
  11. Tap .jpg to upload your photo, and your camera will open.
  12. Strike a pose and take your best selfie! (You can also select an eligible photo from your phone's library. Please see photo requirements below for more details.)
  13. You will see a message that states "We're processing your image."

If your photo is approved, return to the main screen and add your One Pass to your Phone Wallet.

If your photo was denied, follow the guidelines and select a different picture.

Photo Requirements

  • Your photo must be saved on your phone's Gallery  
  • Your image must be saved under .jpg or .png format  
  • Your photo must meet the Photo Requirements to be approved

Photo Quality

  • Background must be a solid color (White or other light neutral color preferred)
  • No filters
  • The photo must be in focus, not blurry

Posing

  • No other objects or persons can be in the photo
  • The photo must be a front shot with both sides of the face visible
  • Feel free to smile! Smiling or serious expressions are acceptable; make sure not to blink!
  • No hats or obstructions of the face will be accepted
  • Eyeglasses may be worn, but not sunglasses
  • Ensure there is no reflection with your eyeglasses and that your frames do not obstruct your eyes

Cropping guidelines

  • The upper boundary is about two inches above the cardholder's head
  • The lower border is no higher than the collarbone (4-6 inches below the chin)
  • Side boundaries are from the top of the cardholder's shoulders
  • The photo's length and width must be of equal size
