Copy and Print Services
Auxiliary Services manages a full-service copy & print contract service for the campus. On-site equipment, service and supplies are provided continuously at a low per page cost.
COSTS TO COPY OR PRINT:
For Students: $0.08 per page B/W ; $0.20 per page Color
Please note: Print and copy account funds do not carry over each semester and there are no refunds.
For Faculty & Staff: $0.055 per page B/W ; $0.20 per page Color
Faculty and Staff members can activate the MFPs with their ALL Cards to apply charges to their departmental budget, while students use their ALL Cards to access their X Cash debit accounts.

Q. Where is the paper jam located in the MFP?
A. First, follow the directions on finding the jam and pulling out the paper; the potentially jammed areas will be highlighted on the color LED screen of the MFP. If you have done this and there is still a jam error message, turn the machine off then back on this may clear the jam. If all these fail, please contact us at x-1935 to assist.
Q. What if I need to apply copying charges to multiple budget lines?
A. If you have to sign rights to apply charges to multiple budget lines, you can contact Xavier Copying Services at x-1935 or email@example.com to have access to your respective budgets linked to your ALL Card. You will then be prompted to enter an ORG or FUND number after swiping your ALL Card at the device.
Q. How do I activate the Multi-Function Device (MFD) for copying?
A. Current Faculty and Staff can activate the copier through the Equitrac card reader attached to the device. The copier is activated either by swiping your ALL Card or by manually entering the first 10-digits of the ID number found along the bottom of your ALL Card. All charges are accrued against your Home Budget in Banner and charged back at the end of each calendar month.
Q. How do I use the MFP? Are there any training classes available?
A. Yes, there is training available. Please contact us at x-1935 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Our on-site Technician will set up an appointment and show you how to operate the MFP copy machine.
