What Manresa Offers Your Student
Welcome to Xavier! We are so excited you and your student are joining our community. Manresa is designed to help guide you and your new student through the college transition. Whether the college transition is new or familiar for you, Manresa's purpose is to make the transition into Xavier as fun, informative, and worry-free as possible. PARENT and Family Schedule
Parents, families, and loved ones are welcome to attend Thursday programming up until students meet their small groups. Please see below the draft schedule of events, including specific educational sessions offered just for you!
8:00am - 12:30pm | Residential Student Move-In
8:30am - 5:00pm | Campuses Offices Open
11:00am - 2:00pm | Presidential Lunch for New Students & Families | Hoff Dining
12:00pm - 2:30pm | Commuter Student and Family Meet & Greet | GSC Arrupe Overlook
1:00pm - 2:30pm | Parent & Family Sessions (Blocks 1 & 2) | Schiff Family Conference Center, Cintas Arena
3:00pm - 4:15pm | Presidential Mass of Welcome | Cintas Arena
4:15pm - 4:30pm | Parent & Family Farewell | Sedler Plaza outside Cintas Arena
4:30pm – 6pm | Parent & Family Reception | Cintas Banquet Room
