Transfer Student Orientation

All Transfer students beginning in the Spring 2026 semester should plan to attend Spring Orientation. 

Spring Transfer Orientation will take place on Sunday, January 11, 2026 from 10:30am - 2:15pm in the Gallagher Student Center Arrupe Overlook. Lunch will be provided! 

All new transfer students are expected to attend. At orientation, you will meet current Xavier students and new transfer students, get acquainted with campus and campus services, and more! There is an $85 fee that will be automatically charged to the student's Bursar account. Please note that Transfer Orientation is just for students. View the schedule!
