Social Media Manager, Cincinnati Cyclones
Elizabeth is the Social Media Manager at the Cincinnati Cyclones and Heritage Bank Center, overseeing content strategy, fan engagement, and digital brand growth across platforms. She previously served as a Graduate Social Media Assistant with University of Kentucky Athletics. Elizabeth holds both a Master of Arts in Communication (Strategic Branding) and a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Strategic Communication from the University of Kentucky.

Ben Baumeister

Senior Director for Event Strategy at Beemok Sports & Entertainment (Cincinnati Open)

Ben is a seasoned professional in sports and live events management with a robust background in event strategy, sales, and ticketing. He is instrumental in developing and executing revenue management and growth strategies while ensuring an exceptional fan experience. Ben is a 2017 graduate of the XU Sport Management program.

Mallory Bechtold

Assistant Athletics Director for Fan Engagement, Xavier University
Mallory leads initiatives to enhance the fan experience, build community among supporters, and foster engagement across all Xavier Athletics events. Previously, she served as Partnership Coordinator for Xavier Sports Properties. She earned dual degrees in Sport Management and Management from Xavier in 2019 and an M.Ed. in Sport Administration in 2022.

Paul Fritschner

Sports Broadcaster, 1831 Media Network
A 2019 graduate of Xavier, Paul Fritschner is a sports broadcaster and content creator, primarily covering college basketball. He double majored in sport management and public relations with a minor in business.

 

Nick Geraci

Director, Premium and Group Sales, Cincinnati Reds
Nick leads initiatives to enhance fan experiences and drive revenue growth through premium seating and group offerings. He began his career with D.C. United in Major League Soccer and graduated from Xavier in 2018 with a degree in Sport Management.

Doug Olberding

CEO, PigWorks
Doug Olberding leads PigWorks, the organization behind the Flying Pig Marathon. A former Xavier professor of sport management for 25 years, Doug holds degrees from Xavier University, Ohio University, and the University of Kentucky, and has decades of experience in community-focused sports leadership.

Chuck Richardson, M.Ed., CAA

Director of Athletics, Norwood City Schools
Chuck has over a decade of experience in athletic administration across Cincinnati Public Schools, Trotwood-Madison, and Norwood City Schools. He earned his M.Ed. in Sport Management from Xavier in 2015 and was named Southwest District Athletic Director of the Year in 2022.

 

Taylor Schrader

Tournament Manager, Kroger Queen City Championships
Taylor oversees event operations, ticketing, and sponsorship activation for Cincinnati’s LPGA tournament. She previously spent three seasons with FC Cincinnati in partnership activation.

Adam Trick

Executive Vice President, G3 Marketing | ProCamps
Adam has been with G3 Marketing since graduating from Indiana University in 2009. He focuses on ProCamps, working with top athletes and coaches nationwide. He earned his MBA from Xavier University.

Elisa Wills

Senior Brand Manager for Sports, Procter & Gamble
Elisa manages P&G’s sports marketing strategies across NFL, MLS, and the Olympics. With 20+ years of industry experience, she has worked with Learfield, the Cincinnati Bengals, Reds, and Cincinnati Open. A 2009 Xavier graduate, she also mentors students pursuing sports careers.

Zoe Conway

Graduate Student Representative
Zoe is a second-year graduate student in the Sport Administration program and serves as an assistant volleyball coach for Xavier. She holds a bachelor’s in Elementary Education with a minor in Coaching from Ball State University (’24).

Luke Garner

Undergraduate Student Representative
Luke is a double-major in Sport Marketing and Digital Media and a member of the Honors Program. He represented Xavier in the Applied Sport Management Association Case Study competition and is a proud member of the club hockey team.

Kacey Hilvert

Undergraduate Student Representative
Kacey is a senior majoring in Sport Marketing with a minor in Business. She is president of X-treme Fans, the official student section of Xavier Athletics, and has held internships with Xavier Athletics Compliance and Athletic Communications, as well as Athletes Untapped.
