Xavier's Office of Residence Life manages three houses, next to Village Apartments and across Dana Ave. from the academic mall.  These houses are ideal for juniors and seniors who are looking for experience in the next step above apartment-style living.  The houses are fully furnished and include internet, and cable for the 2023-2024 academic year..
