Updating Student Information
Update of Address Information or Name Change
Current and recent students should review and update their address information regularly and may do so directly in Banner Self-Service via the Student Hub. Select the following from within Self-Service:
- Personal Information tab or link in Main Menu
- View Addresses and Phones
- Choose the address you would like to update from the "Type of Address to Insert' drop-down menu.
Address information and name change information for students can be updated through the Office of the Registrar by completing appropriate fields on the Bio/Demographic Update Form.
Legal documentation, such as an original social security card, marriage certificate or official court document supporting the name change must accompany the form. The updated name will be reflected on the student's official academic record.
