Reduced Tuition Rates for Theology Graduate Students

45% Reduced Tuition

This reduced tuition rate may be granted to students in Theology graduate courses who are...

  • Ministers (paid or volunteer) serving in a congregation, hospital, health care facility, social service agency, diocese, or educational institution 
  • Volunteers who are part of a recognized ministry-related program (e.g., Ignatian Volunteer Corps, Jesuit Volunteer Corps) or other social/educational service programs (e.g. Peace Corps, Teach for America) should provide a statement from the coordinator of that program.

Students seeking this rate should provide a description of their current pastoral work along with documentation from their current ministry supervisor describing their position and the number of hours they work.

Upon the recommendation of the Director of the ISSJ, the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences may approve individuals’ eligibility for this rate for Theology graduate courses.

Catholic Teachers Rate for Theology Graduate Students and ISSJ Graduate Students:

45% Reduced Tuition

This reduced tuition rate may be granted to students in Theology graduate courses who are currently teaching at a Cincinnati Archdiocese Catholic high school. 

Upon the recommendation of the Director of the ISSJ, the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences may approve individuals’ eligibility for this rate for Theology graduate courses.
