Connecting Administrative Professionals for Excellence (CAPE)

Who We Are and How You Can Participate?

Connecting Administrative Professionals for Excellence (CAPE) was formed on April 24, 2019, in honor of celebrating Administrative Professional Day.

The Connecting Administrative Professionals for Excellence (CAPE) group serves to enhance the professional development of Xavier’s administrative assistants across campus by enriching advocacy, sharing resources, mentoring, and being supportive of one another for all who function in this role.

All administrative assistants are encouraged to be a member of CAPE.  We ask for your support in sharing information about CAPE with other administrative assistants and bring another to a meeting.

We are in the process of setting a regular monthly meeting schedule.  If you have, questions please contact Aleshia Zoogah, Office of Institutional Diversity and Inclusion at 513-745-3117, or email
