Companion Registration

The companion program was created to provide new employees with an additional resource on campus, outside of their department. The companion should be a point of contact for general questions regarding day to day operational issues (location of facilities, relevant company policies, etc.). The companion should also help the new employee integrate with Xavier by being familiar with our culture, attitude, and expectations. 

Using the form below, please indicate which month(s) you are available to be assigned a new employee. When the Office of Human Resources pairs you with a new employee, you will receive an email with the employee's name, title, start date, and email. You will also receive a lunch coupon via campus mail in order to take the new employee to lunch at the Caf sometime during their first two weeks of employment. The day/time of that lunch should be determined between the companion and the new employee.
