Paycor

All employees are required to complete a one-time account setup to gain access to the Paycor system.  Through the account setup process, you will create your profile, and provide a direct deposit account and current tax information. If you will not be employed at Xavier after June 1, 2024, creating a Paycor account is not necessary. 

**Note: The site is still in development and some information such as department, job title, etc. has not been loaded and will not be visible or will not display accurately.

2023 W-2 Information

W-2s are processed through ADP, an external company. These became available digitally on January 31, 2024.

All 2023 W-2s were mailed to the employee's home address on file and postmarked by January 31, 2024. If you would like to access a digital copy of your W-2, follow the directions listed below.

  1. Access the ADP website by clicking on the link here
  2. Select I have a registration code and enter: XAV1-W2s2023
  3. The option that describes you best: My current employer uses ADP
  4. The Control #- EE ID is 310537516
  5. The Control #- Company Code is NRU
  6. Then enter your home zip code, and SSN, (used on your tax/employee forms) and follow the remaining prompts
  7. Once registered, go to login.adp.com to retrieve your W-2

**Please note W-2s are NOT available through Employee Self-Service**
