Classification and Compensation
Xavier's classification/compensation structure represents a commitment to fair, competitive pay at the University.
Grade is the label used for a single salary range.
*The current classification grade salary ranges were built upon pre-COVID-19 data. Since that time many organizations have implemented cost-cutting measures so it is very likely that a review of the salary ranges would result in reductions. Keeping this information in mind, at this present time, some employees' salaries may fall below the minimum salary for their position classification.
