Center for Catholic Education (XUCCE)

Grounded in the Catholic faith tradition, the Xavier Center for Catholic Education (XUCCE) is dedicated to educating the whole person through programming that integrates transformative faith, pedagogy, and service. Our professional development services reflect the richness of the Catholic intellectual heritage, encouraging educators to engage deeply with the ways Catholic teaching informs and enriches all disciplines. In fostering an educated community grounded in faith, learning, and respect for the dignity of every person, XUCCE strives to prepare educators who will serve others and advance the common good in response to Christ’s call to transformation.

Center for Educational Excellence (XCEED)

In the spirit of Jesuit education, the Xavier Center for Excellence in Education (XCEED) prepares educators with the knowledge, skills, and ethical grounding to inspire excellence in every learner. Guided by Ignatian values and evidence-based practice, XCEED partners with schools, districts, and community organizations to empower teachers to lead with integrity, compassion, and purpose. Rooted in respect for human dignity, and lifelong learning, XCEED supports educators as agents of hope and transformation, fostering collaboration, reflection, and innovation to nurture every student’s potential and build a more just and compassionate society.
