Centers for Education

Xavier Centers for Education is the home of three Centers: the Center for Catholic Education (XCCE), the Center for Educational Excellence (XCEED), and the Xavier Montessori Institute (XUMI). Each of these Centers focuses on a specific aspect of service in the Jesuit tradition of education.

Professional Development

The Centers for Education offer a variety of professional development (PD) opportunities. Use the links below to learn more about customizing PD for your school or to register for upcoming synchronous PD offerings (open to the public). Coming up this year:

Center for Catholic Education (XCCE)

The Center for Catholic Education is one way that Xavier specifically promotes its identity and heritage by assisting Catholic schools in the transmission of the faith and the development of Catholic education.

Center for Educational Excellence (XCEED)

The mission of the Xavier Center for Excellence in Education (XCEED) is to prepare educators who are qualified and committed to providing an outstanding education for their students.
