Xavier Center For Excellence in Education (XCEED)

Mission

In the spirit of Jesuit education, the Xavier Center for Excellence in Education (XCEED) prepares educators with the knowledge, skills, and ethical grounding to inspire excellence in every learner. Guided by Ignatian values and evidence-based practice, XCEED partners with schools, districts, and community organizations to empower teachers to lead with integrity, compassion, and purpose. Rooted in respect for human dignity, and lifelong learning, XCEED supports educators as agents of hope and transformation, fostering collaboration, reflection, and innovation to nurture every student’s potential and build a more just and compassionate society.

Our Goals

  1. To provide professional development for schools by collaborating at the school and district levels.
  2. To assist schools in meeting and exceeding licensure requirements for teachers and administrators.
  3. To provide resources and support in the areas of teacher development, strategic planning, marketing and public relations, financial management, enrollment management, buildings and grounds management, and leadership.

How We Work

The Xavier Center for Excellence in Education (XCEED) aims to strengthen education through school and district partnerships. Consequently, XCEED is a resource for schools and districts providing opportunities that include professional development for in-service educators. XCEED utilizes contractual work with schools and districts to offer a broad range of programs and services meeting the unique needs of schools in our region. Thus, XCEED works collaboratively with local school districts in Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky to meet the needs of administrators, school boards, teachers, and students.

XCEED is one of three centers comprising the Centers for Education.
