Vendor and Contractor Parking Permits
Contractor permits are only for vendors that require essential access to serve the university needs. Vendor permits are for the sole purpose of conducting business and not used for personal benefits. Failure to comply with the guidelines can result in the revocation of parking privileges.
Vendor/Visitor permits purchased cannot be purchased for the sole use of any specified Xavier student or employee.
Xavier University offers three types of parking permits specifically designed for vendors and contractors conducting business on campus. These permits provide varying levels of access to meet your specific needs.

Important Parking Restrictions
Vendor/contractor permits do NOT allow parking in:
- Visitor spaces or visitor lots
- Reserved 24-hour spaces
- Employee Reserved sections
- Schott Hall

All permits must be purchased in person at the Auxiliary Services office.

Employees with a valid disability placard and a Free-Zone designation may park in any designated accessible space on campus.
- Accessible spaces are first-come, first-served
- If no accessible spaces are available, Free-Zone holders may not park in regular spaces in restricted or paid lots
- A paid designation is required to park in standard spaces within paid lots
- Misuse may result in a citation or immobilization

Yes, parking may be restricted during:
- Major campus events

- Parking is never permitted in areas assigned to other permit types.
- Vehicles must be parked in a lined space at all times. Parking is never permitted along roadways or curbs.
- Vehicles may not park in spots designated for specialty use: (handicapped, maintenance vehicle, etc.)
- Permits are enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- Violating parking rules will result in a citation and fine. Multiple citations may result in booting or towing of vehicle. Fines are avoidable.
- Parking at University Station is not permitted with a Xavier University permit. University Station is private property.
