Ohio Transfer 36

The Ohio Transfer 36 (OT36) is a state-wide requirement for Ohio's public colleges and universities to facilitate the seamless transfer of credits between Ohio public institutions. It aims to guarantee the transfer of 36 semester hours of completed general education coursework from one participating institution to another. The learning outcomes include English composition, oral communication, mathematics, statistics & logic, arts & humanities, social and behavioral sciences, the natural sciences, diversity, equity & inclusion and other elements. Xavier University honors the primary objective of the OT36 and acknowledges how its learning outcomes align with many of our Core requirements.
