Sophomore Leadership Challenge (SLC) is a four-week program aimed to develop exemplary leadership practices and confident leadership. The program is for sophomores only, and meets only 4 times. SLC is adapted from the book Student Leadership Challenge by James M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner.
