Placing Materials on Course Reserves
Formats
Course reserves are typically used for books and audiovisual materials. Some types of equipment also may be placed on course reserves; contact a circulation staff member if you have questions about what materials may be placed on reserve.
Submitting Requests
Materials must be brought to the Connection Center in the Conaton Learning Commons (CLC) accompanied by a form. Forms are available in print at the Connection Center or electronically.
Turnaround Time
Please allow 1-2 business days to process course reserves requests. At the beginning of each semester additional time may be required; submitting requests early will ensure your requests are processed by the time you and your students need them. The circulation staff processes materials in the order that they are received and we do not have the resources to provide rush service.
