Vice President and CDO Ivy K. Banks
The Xavier community is excited to welcome Ivy K. Banks, M.Ed., J.D., as the University’s new Vice President for Institutional Diversity and Inclusion. Banks brings more than 15 years of expertise in diversity and inclusion strategic leadership to her role. She comes to Xavier from the University of Arizona, where she served as Associate Vice Provost for Diversity and Inclusion.
