COVID-19 Related Announcements
- The Office of Student Financial Services is currently not accepting drop-ins.
- We have normal business hours, Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please call (513) 745-3142 for assistance.
- If you would like to make an appointment to have a meeting with a counselor via Zoom please send an email to email@example.com and list the student's name, Xavier ID number, the concern(s) you would like to discuss, a day/time you are available during our regular business hours, as well as a phone number and a counselor will contact you. Please note that it may take a few business days before a counselor will respond.
- Students who received federal Title IV student aid, and withdraw from the University for a documentable COVID-19 related reason, may be eligible to waive the federal requirement to have their federal aid subject to the Return to Title IV calculation. Students are responsible for notifying the staff in the Office of Student Financial Services at the time of their withdrawal if they would like to be considered for this option.
