Professor Farfsing is the Program Director and Teaching Professor for the Montessori Teacher Education Preparation (TEP) Program at Xavier University’s School of Education. She holds a Master of Education in Montessori Education and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts, both from Xavier University, and is an AMS-credentialed Montessori educator. With extensive experience in Montessori education, Ms. Farfsing has served in a variety of leadership roles, including General Studies Principal, Early Childhood Director, and K-8 Instructional Coach, where she led curriculum development and instructional improvement across multiple grade levels. Since 2012, she has also been an adjunct faculty member in the Montessori Teacher Education Program at Xavier University. She is a published author and has delivered numerous presentations and professional trainings on Montessori Dementia care, demonstrating her commitment to expanding the reach of Montessori philosophy across the lifespan.
