Grad Fair

In just a few short months, your journey at Xavier University will be celebrated as you cross the stage during the commencement ceremonies.

In order to prepare you for this day, we create a special event known as Grad Fair! Grad Fair is Thursday, March 5th from 12pm-7pm in the Cintas Center. 

All undergraduate and graduate students who will graduate in May 2026, or who graduated in August or December of 2025, are strongly encouraged to attend.

 WHY ATTEND:

• Order a Xavier University class ring and graduation paraphernalia
• Order graduation announcements 
• Order your cap and gown (orders placed after January 16th and before April 3rd may be shipped or picked up at the Book Depot)
• Pick up your pre-ordered cap and gown (orders must be placed by January 16th for pick-up at Grad Fair)
• Shop XU alumni gear at the All For One pop-up shop
• Be a part of the Commencement video! Come camera ready to be part of the video played during graduation. 
• Hear about how to get connected with the Xavier University National Alumni Association
• Update Your Post Grad Information
• And much, much more!
