Missed Grad Fair?

Here's what you need to know!

Regalia Ordering/Pickup:

  • If you pre-ordered your regalia package, but missed Grad Fair, your regalia is available for pick-up at the All for One shop.
  • If you are still in need of your regalia, please visit this page for full information. For your regalia to have a guaranteed shipping arrival for Commencement, you are encouraged to order your regalia before April 3rd. Regalia will continue to be available to purchase in person at the bookstore.
  • Honor cords and white stoles are available for purchase via the bookstore website or in-person at the Gallagher and All for One Shop locations.
  • For questions regarding honor cords, please visit this page first, then email commencement@xavier.edu with any other questions.

Other Important Information:

  • Are you staying in the Cincinnati area post-graduation and want to continue working out at the HUB? See Xavier's Rec Sports page for more information.
  • Make sure to check your bursar bill for any incomplete payments! Any pending payments will affect your ability to receive your diploma.
  • Record your name via Name Coach to ensure proper pronunciation of your name as you walk across the stage! You should have received an email with information on how to do so.

Senior/Family Brunch

Celebrate graduation with the return of a Xavier tradition. Share one last trip to the Caf with your classmates on Friday, May 16th, from 10am-2pm. Enjoy a special brunch menu with your family and say farewell to your favorite Caf staff. Two brunch packages are available for purchase, with one featuring a champagne toast and commemorative champagne glass. Reserve your spot.
