Q. How do I submit jobs to FedEx Office for processing?

A. You can submit them through the Print Online ordering site or at the FedEx Office center at 3876 Paxton Ave.

Q. How do I contact a FedEx Office representative if I need assistance with my order.

A. You can use the same 4-digit campus phone number as always (ext.1937) or via e-mail at usa0223@fedex.com. Calls and messages are forwarded real-time to the FedEx Office-Hyde Park location.

Q. What forms of payment are accepted?

A. Acceptable forms of payment include Xavier departmental ORG or FUND numbers, major commercial credit cards, and of course, cash.

Q. How do I receive a FedEx Office Xavier University Faculty and Staff Discount Card?

A. Please contact the ALL Card Center via email at ALLCard@xavier.edu.

Q. How can I get access and/or training for the Print Online ordering system?
