Workday Student Implementation

Workday Student is a cloud-based student administration system that will provide Xavier with a single platform to manage student records, registration, course management, financial aid, and other academic processes. Built for mobile access, it offers students, faculty, and staff self-service options for tasks such as class registration, grade entry, and viewing schedules, all within a unified system that also connects to Workday's financial and HR platforms. 

From admission through graduation, it supports the entire student journey, including recruitment, academic planning, and managing student records. 

Students can easily view their schedules and grades, register for classes, check financial aid, and pay bills. 

Faculty can enter and change grades, access class rosters, and check student enrollments. 

Manages student financial aid, tuition, and payment processes within the same platform. 

Offers a user-friendly, mobile-friendly experience, allowing users to access the system anytime and anywhere via a mobile app.
