Canvas Groups

Canvas Groups give students a shared space among their group members that allow them to collaborate together on assignments, collaborations, discussions, files, and more. As an instructor, you can always monitor the group areas to see all of the activity that is taking place.

ACCESS CANVAS GROUPS

Directly in your Canvas courses, click on the "People" link in the course navigation menu and the groups appear in a separate tab next to the course enrollments. If you have been placed in a Canvas group, you can also access the group area by clicking the "Groups" link in your Canvas global navigation menu to view all of your groups.
